Phorm pholding up shop

We've spent a lot of time downtown the last couple of days for 20 Under 30 shoots (Intrigued? You should be.), and noticed yesterday a sign in the window at Phorm saying the modern decor shop, owned by Trent Schiable, is closing. Phorm opened right about the time GO launched back in 2005—Trent's had a good run, considering no one thought there was much of a market in Springfield for clean-lined, ultra-modern furniture (often in retina-popping shades of orange).

We'll miss the color on Walnut. The only good news: At least whoever the heck this is can take their rant-y page down now.

Discuss in the comments.
