Bartenders. They’re inventors. They’re psychologists. They’re workhorses. They put up with lewd comments, stingy tippers, demanding drunks and ridiculous hours. They work near crazy amounts of money and alcohol, without pilfering either (well, not too much alcohol, anyway).
