Where it is: The Roost (2025 W. Sunshine St., 417-865-4000).
What’s in it: A spiffy mixture of Absolut Mandarin, triple sec, orange juice, Red Bull.
What it looks like: A simple yellow shot, but as we all know, the simplest of shots often pack the mightiest of wallops.
What it tastes like: The citrus drink you’ve always wanted, but Tropicana just wouldn’t make. The OJ and sweet triple sec lead, and the vodka aftertaste reminds you you’re drinking alcohol.
How much it costs: $4.50.
