Dragon Berry Bomb Pop
Where it is: Ocean Zen Pacific Rim (600 E. Battlefield Rd., 417-889-9596).
What’s in it: Dragon Berry rum, lemonade, blue raspberry Pucker and strawberry Pucker.
What it looks like: Old Glory in a glass. Betsy Ross would definitely mix these up for the knitting circle.
What it tastes like: Sweet, thanks to the use of rum rather than vodka, and surprisingly like those frozen rocket pops you’d get from the ice-cream truck as a kid. The Pucker and lemonade add some zing. It’s not as syrupy as some; many other bomb pop drinks use grenadine.
