Drink of the Issue: Colorado Bulldog at Ebbets Field

We'd never heard of this one before, but a friend who knows his drinky-poos told us about it, and then recommended Ebbets as one of the best places in town to get one. Naturally we had to give it a try.

WHAT'S IN IT: 1 oz. vanilla vodka, 2/3 ounce Kahlúa, splash of Coke, splash of hazelnut liqueur, splash of Bailey's. Ebbets bartenders say the house secret is the Bailey's. We won't argue.

WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE: When it comes to your table (if it hasn't been shaken yet-that's the bartender's call) it looks like a layer of Coke at the bottom of a glass of cream. Once shaken it looks like weak chocolate milk.

WHAT IT TASTES LIKE: Like a White Russian, but the Bailey's gives the drink a chocolaty effect. Let the Coke do its work on the aftertaste, though, and it tastes like a melted Coke float with vodka.
