Step 1: You picked them…
You, the readers, trendy as always, nominated more than 30 people for our inaugural Fashion Icons awards.

Step 2: We loved them…
We loved them so much, in fact, that we picked eight Icons instead of just six. Decisions were based on the photos submitted, along with the written nominations. Trust us, it wasn’t an easy decision.

Step 3: They dressed themselves
We turned our eight Icons loose in local boutiques, which were stacked with the latest fashions and hot spring colors, to choose ensembles based on their own personal style. The results, splattered delightfully over the next eight pages, speak for themselves.

And of “Kors” don’t miss the GO Fashion Icons fashion show and party at Icon Nightclub, where you’ll enjoy a fashion show featuring six local boutiques (with hair styled by local salons) and have a chance to mingle with the Icons—who will take their own little turn on the catwalk. So mark the date, and make sure to get there early. Late is soooo out of style.
