Patton Alley is the only bar in Missouri to carry this particular stout beer and only one out of 120 in the entire country. Beer lovers should appreciate their efforts to obtain it.

What it looks like: A foamy coffee.

What it tastes like: A really malty, creamy, highly alcoholic beer. It could be compared to Guinness, but it really has it’s own unique flavor and texture. It’s not a beer for the faint of heart or those who just stick to their light beer of choice.
